Gary and Jill Underhill
Gary and Jill Underhill are respected and influential leaders at Glad Tidings, where they serve as integral members of the pastoral leadership team. Their ministry is anchored in a shared passion for relational healing, spiritual maturity, and the cultivation of strong, faith-driven communities. As Marriage Counseling Pastors, they offer biblically grounded, Spirit-led guidance to couples and families, helping restore and strengthen relationships through compassionate care. Gary also serves on the church board, contributing strategic insight and governance to support the church’s long-term vision and mission.
In addition to their pastoral roles, Gary and Jill oversee the church’s home group leaders, nurturing a thriving network of small groups that form the relational backbone of the Glad Tidings community. Jill leads Collaboration and Incorporation, which includes the Collaboration and Incorporation Weekend—a key initiative designed to connect new members, align ministries, and foster unity across the church body—as well as the Guest Experience Team, a dedicated group of volunteers who welcome and engage guests at all church events. Gary also serves as the church architect, providing creative and functional design leadership for campus development and facility improvements. His visionary contributions extend to the Peace of Heaven Executive Board, where he helps guide the direction of this pioneering ministry. Together, Gary and Jill exemplify servant-hearted leadership, empowering others and advancing the Kingdom of God through faithful stewardship, relational ministry, and practical service.
