During FRDM’s 1 hour classes you get the opportunity to have a great workout, while getting to connect with God and people in a positive wholesome environment.
Every class is opened in prayer and includes Cardio, Gymnastics, and Weightlifting.
Workouts are tailored to each individuals abilities and limitations making it possible for anyone and everyone to get a good workout!

Membership
Our low monthly membership fees include unlimited classes!
Individuals - $50
Couples - $75
Family(Family of 4) - $125
