Here at Church of Glad Tidings, we have a heart to help those who have been disenfranchised, abused or poorly treated. For over 40 years, we have worked hard investing our time, our energy and our money into meeting urgent needs both locally and abroad. That truly is God’s heart for each of us and has inspired us to embrace the ministry motto: “Find a Need and MEET IT! Find a Hurt and HEAL IT!” Following this vision has taken us from modest beginnings to having built numerous orphanages and helped alleviate the misery of many both young and old here in America and in India, Cambodia, Moldova, Romania and Uganda!
Over the years, our attention has been increasingly drawn to the tragic escalation of the world-wide child sex trafficking trade, recently eclipsing the international drug trade to become the #1 profitable criminal enterprise world-wide! Following our passionate commitment “to provide a Christ-honoring solution to every urgent need” we have embarked on a mission to create a sanctuary for children who have been rescued from the unspeakable cruelty and degradation of the international sex trade. We have partnered with Mission Safe Harbour – the largest and most aggressive child rescue operation world history ( https://www.missionsafeharbour.org ), and are currently in the process of buying a ten-acre facility here in Live Oak, California that was formerly a low security women’s prison. We will be transforming it from a prison to a paradise of beauty, love and healing where former sex slaves of international pedophiles are rescued, protected and provided for in a safe and loving “heaven on earth” environment. We are calling it Peace of Heaven Children’s Paradise!

Vision Statement
Early in 2024, the simple “vision statement” that has guided The Church of Glad Tidings’ ministry efforts since 1987 was put to the ultimate test! We were asked by a US military officer to find housing for 807 children that had recently been rescued from the horror of sex trafficking in the San Francisco Bay Area…. We came up empty-handed, and were faced with the brutal truth that – even though we were compassionate toward the plight of these horrifically abused children, we had no PRACTICAL SOLUTION for their dire plight. We were not able to place EVEN ONE CHILD in a safe, secure environment! And so, after only a few short days, these children were transferred from military custody back into the “care” of the California Child Protective Services – who have SHOCKED THE WORLD with their capacity to permanently LOSE TRACK OF CHILDREN (325,000 + in 2024 alone) that are NEVER FOUND AGAIN! This is “Deep State” parlance for CHILD TRAFFICKING!!!
I’ll NEVER forget the intensity of his words when this military officer – who had RISKED HIS LIFE saving these children from the very jaws of hell – said to me, “If you’re serious about helping solve this problem, please help us find safe places for these poor kids to go!”
THIS SIMPLE STATEMENT SHOCKED US INTO A SOBER REALITY AND PUT US ON AN ALL-CONSUMING QUEST TO FIND A REAL SOLUTION FOR THE TRAGEDY OF CHILD TRAFFICKING IN CALIFORNIA (AND IN THE WORLD!)
